10 Years ago, we started a small business in Leeds concentrating on property renovations. As the years were progressing, we
discovered a lot of the projects required a basement conversion as part of the works. Each year we became busier and busier and the projects became larger and a lot more complex.

The biggest challenge we found was the inability to properly convert these basements without major structural alterations and excavating floor slabs to reinstate with all the relevant tanking systems and structural supports. Fortunately, at this point in the business we crossed paths on a project with an architect and a structural engineer.

Between finding these vital contacts and then progressing into mainly basement conversions we knew we had to expand to become accredited installers of one specific tanking system type to enable us to provide the best water protection systems available on the market. Over the last 10 years we have completed over 100 basement conversions in the Leeds and Yorkshire area. We have come across every possible challenge and issues whilst completing these works. We work on each basement as a completely new design and process and look at finding the customer the best results for them and their home or business.
